PHASE 1: POWER ACTIVATION
Power systems activate in sequence:
Station 1 → Station 2 → Station 3
Visit the Toy Assembly Room
Check each station's power indicator color
Enter the activation sequence
PHASE 2: POWER PULSE COUNT
Watch buttons flash. Count the flashes.
Press each button that many times (2 rounds).
