+12V → Tokyo → Delhi → Athens → Istanbul → Paris → Lagos → LED → GND
Panel Specifications
Panel Size: 36" wide × 24" tall (landscape)
Material: 1/4" - 1/2" plywood or MDF
Reed Switches: 6 (normally-open)
Steel Washers: 21 (1" - 1.5" diameter)
Tokens: 6 (on strings, attached to panel)
Spacing: Keep reed switches at least 3" apart. If cities are closer than 3", use less sensitive switches or weaker magnets.
Installation Checklist
- Mount steel washers at all 21 city positions
- Mount reed switches at 6 route cities only
- Wire switches in series (order doesn't matter)
- Test each switch individually with multimeter
- Test complete circuit with all 6 magnets
- Verify LED lights only with correct solution
